1993 First there was "Jordan's News". Founded by Barry Shisler, Tony Stolle, and Catherine Jordan. this company collapsed within a year in a dramatic puff of smoke. |
| The beginning
January 1995 Jeff Manzelli founded Sundae Times. This service brought The Times, The Charleston Daily Mail, The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, and The Washington Post to Morgantown, Clarksburg, and Fairmont. It also carried the nyt to the only Charleston outlet at that time. |
| The Middle
1995-1999 Jeff managed Sundae Times over these years, expanding and improving the service, offering free recycling, computerizing all aspects of accounting and scheduling, and establishing voicemail and email customer service systems. The last major change was to discontinue all other papers to focus on very early delivery of the New York Times Sunday "Bulldog" Edition. |
