Sparky

Sparky the Fire Dog was a Performance Piece. The barking mechanical dog was roasted while real people, living under a bridge near our expensive, well-endowed college went hungry.

The point was that Sparky was not a real dog, but that people felt emotion when it was doused with kerosene and burned.

Experiment in Foam and Body Parts

This was part of my undergrad work, and I added to it around 1999 and again in 2004-5.

Printed Circuit Boards

I experimented a lot with Circuit boards.
I used adhesive and photo-resist etchant processes, the same methods used by

hobbyists, engineers and manufacturers, except I was making images

on the copper clad boards. rather than circuits I also made some electronic jokes, but nobody among the Art Majors could understand them!

Though I abandoned this path, it did influence The Cube,
which was part of my thesis. I'm fixing it now for to post it here...
